Return & Refund Policy

At Eleven, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 10 of delivery, as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at elevennb@outlook.com with your order number and details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it has been approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 1-2 days, though shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges may also be arranged if the item you’d like is in stock.

Please note that some items are not eligible for return:

  • Phone cases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind or order the wrong size/model.

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items 

If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
